Maggie White, an Independent Care Consultant, is able to provide support to analyse and implement internal system changes to achieve the CQC outcome standards.  This could include one off audits with written reports if required and development of a quality improvement plan through to longer pieces of management development and support to effect required change management.

With the implementation of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 it is vitally important for health and social care services to demonstrate a robust governance framework.

Maggie has acted as a care consultant to companies providing nursing and residential care for older people, day care and nursing agencies, supported living for younger people with severe epilepsy and holiday retreat centres for people with physical disabilities.
